We do not offer a free trial, however if you decide in the first 30 day billing cycle that Postronomy is not for you, we will refund your initial monthly fee, less the retail price of any "FREE" postcards already sent (.43 cents for 4x6, and .49 cents for 8.5x5.5)

Postronomy is a month to month subscription. Cancel anytime before your renewal date by contacting customer support at support(at)postronomy(dot)com

All postcards are sent by First Class Mail. We charge only what the USPS charges for postage. Currently a 4x6 postcard is .53 cents and a 5.5 x 8.5 postcard is .68 cents. Shipping costs for other items such as gifts and letters are priced at checked based on size and weight.

We offer two plans. Self Serve (Do It Yourself), and Done For You. Regardless of which plan you select, we are committed to making sure you are set up for success, and are always available to assist and answer questions.
Once subscribed, we offer one on one onboarding, continued support and strategy collaboration. The Done For You Plan makes more sense for customers that are sending larger volumes of mail (3500+/month, who want a hands off approach or dedicated consultant) The Self Serve option typically works great for customers that send 300+/- pieces per month and/or those wanting to take advantage of 'set it and forget it' campaign automation and personalized gifting.

There are hundreds of prebuilt templates to choose from, or you can create your own either inside our design interface or importing your own templates made from third party software.

Both. You can upload your own list using our Excel spreadsheet template, or we have a built in 'list builder' which allows you to search and curate a targeted list based on demography and geography. If using the included list builder, each contact address is approximately .10 cents per record and there is a 100 address minimum.

You can send a minimum of one piece or send thousands. There is no maximum on the FREE postcard option, but you will need to budget for the cost of USPS postage. Currently .43 cents for a 4x6 cents postcard and .68 for an 5.5x8.5 postcard. (First Class Postage)

Yes, it's all in one, regardless of which plan you are on. You simply pay for the gift and the postage amount to send the gift. The total amount is provided at checkout.

We do not offer EDDM. While EDDM has it's place in Direct Mail, the targeted lists, QR Code tracking technology and individual mail piece personalization (also referred to as variable data printing) does not work.

The printing and fulfillment is included so we do not send you the postcards or mail pieces. We do however, recommend sending yourself a copy of each piece mailed.

Once you submit the order, most mail campaigns are printed the next business day. All mail campaigns are mailed USPS first class postage. Note once the mail is delivered to the USPS, the delivery timing is in the hands of the USPS, so are not able guarantee exact delivery dates. It will also vary slightly by the region of the US you are mailing to.

Yes. While you do not have to, you can design outside the platform and upload your design. We can provide you a list of dimensions for each mail piece and gift. (Canva is a very popular third party option for many users.) Note: You should not add merge fields using third party design software. You must add and overlay merge fields to your designs from inside Postronomy. Similarly, if wanting to track QR codes, these need to added in Postronomy.

In most cases, yes. Support can set up a Zapier integration for you. We will just need your API Key.
